we provide the Sourcing specialist (offshore Resume Sourcer) who will be responsible for finding candidates using research, with access to our internal database & Job Boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder…etc) and utilize all Networks & recruiting tools needed for the successful implementation of a Research Specialist’s work, projecting a professional image both internally and externally. Will be partnering with Sr. Recruiters and Account Managers to find candidates for high volume and harder to fill positions.
